Robust Hygienic Construction
The exterior is constructed from sheet steel finished in an easy clean powder coated paint.
The interior chamber is made medical grade 304 stainless steel and is fully seam welded to provide a robust hygienic and east to maintain working environment.
The units are fitted with fixed shelf runners and removable chrome plated wire grid shelves.
Uniform Heating
Genlab Wax Ovens use strategically heater pads in the side and rear walls of the chamber to provide consistent, even heat distribution.
Precision Control & Safety
The bespoke touchscreen control system provides straightforward, accurate temperature control management combined with an independent over temperature protection system.
Two individual Pt100 sensors provide precise temperature measurement and independent monitoring, helping protect against excessive temperatures.
