All Genlabs products are designed and handbuilt at the companies headquarters in Widnes, Cheshire, by many long standing employees, ensuring strict quality control.

We pride ourselves on our manufacturing excellence and capabilities. We pro-actively and continuously improve within all aspects of our production environment. Each product is created using high quality materials and then carefully tested and calibrated before delivery in the company test bay facility.

2024 was a milestone year for Genlab, an industrial oven and incubator manufacturer because it marks 30 years of continuous ISO 9001 accreditation.

Phil Crompton took over responsibility for the Quality Management System in 2013 and he is committed to working hard to ensure that the system is continually developed to adapt to a changing marketplace and also customer needs. In 2017 the business was certified to the latest 2015 version of the standard. Since 1994 a lot has changed in the world, but Genlab continues to remain focused on delivering the best quality products that it possibly can to its customers.
